Processing

Orders usually leave us within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

United States

International

We ship worldwide with DHL and FedEx. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. International shipping is free on orders of $500 or more.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country. Depending on the carrier and destination they are either shown and collected at checkout, or collected by the carrier on delivery. Any charges collected on delivery are the customer's responsibility, and a parcel refused for unpaid duties can't be refunded for its shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at gabe@temiwear.com with your order number (and photos, for damage) and we'll make it right.

Address changes

We can change a shipping address until the order ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
